There are actually two museums - the smaller one which we visited is more about history, the second one more about machines. Really nice, with good graphic representation and short film. Go if you have time in Covilha.

The museum tells the history of the "lanificios" - the process of the wool from its origin : the sheep to the final state the cloth -in Covilhã .

Beautiful and very interesting museum. I definately recommend to anyone who comes visit this charming city, so you can locate yourself in its history of wool and becoming the first textile industry of the Iberia Peninsulae.
