The best way to visit the “Igreja do Nossa Senhora do Carmo” in the city of Viseu, is when you are arriving by car with the intention to visit also the historical part of the city, is to park the car into the underground carpark called “Saba – Sta. Cristina – which you can find on the “Largo Santa Cristina” then you are coming out of the carpark just in front of the church. The church is from the end of the 18th you will have to get op by the staircase to enter the church, on the inside the walls are very nicely decorated with the well-known blue “Azulejos”. Nice location and only a small walk away from the restaurants, and the other locations to visit, you can let the car here for the whole visit of the historical part.…
