We enjoyed a free concert in the square during our visit. The music and the atmosphere provided an unforgettable experience. A great venue to watch the 'world go by'.

We loved Cascais, and will go back. The square really stands out. It is a optical illusion that plays tricks on your eyes. (there is one in Lisbon too)you think the floor looks 3d. There are some nice buildings around here(just of the beach) and...More

This is the main square in Cascais, and the Tourist information centre is there. The square is beautiful and well used my everyone. The beach is in front and the downtown core is behind the square.

Very picturesque square across from the beach and next to hotel Baia. Some great buildings especially the town hall and a super mosaic pavement.

The cobblestones in the pattern that they are laid is an optical illusion, you have to experience it for yourself. It is as though they 3-D are rolling waves! This is a sparkling clean and well maintained area with an underground parking lot across from...More

With its quirky/arty pavement and some nice buildings, this is a square that lends itself for taking nice holiday pictures. Especially when the sun starts to go down some nice effects can be obtained.

Small square just near the marina. Walk through to various restaurants and shops. The pavements have a tiled pattern which looks if the ground is undulating otherwise nothing special.

This is a another tourist area here in town. The painted tiles is eye catching. There are many cafes around.
