Tamariz beach is kept very clean and is well located. There is a train station 2 minutes away from the beach itself and many shops restaurants. I went there mid June and there was plenty of room. I recommend this beach.

Lovely beach and was kept very clean. Had some really lovely days chilling on the beach and would definitely recommend it to others. Didn't get too harassed by people selling things either when sunbathing. Although there were a few beach treats to be had.

But it's very busy. The water is cold because it's right on the Atlantic, and nothing special about the sand. A nice feature that they do have are the rocks that they place to prevent undertows and make little swimming harbours.

It's accessible from train in 2 minutes. Toilets too in station underpass. Small shops here sell water etc cheap.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The beach is literally next door to Estoril station which makes it so easy to get to from Lisbon. The beach itself is relatively small but very well kept - no litter and the sand was lovely....More

Similar to others; we were charged 12,50 euros for two beds on a Monday and then 15euros for two beds plus umbrella on a Sunday.

Hello- I will be travelling to this area in late November...any suggestions for what type of clothing to pack? I see the water will be very cold- perhaps just a quick dip but, does that mean I can wear short sleeves & a bathing suit or do I need layers?

Temperature will likely be between 12Cº and 19Cº, not beach weather, with a bit of luck there will be no rain and some nice sunny winter days. You need warm clothing. Enjoy your holiday, you will just love Cascais
