I have tried 3 different ginha brands. The one you get here is the best...others are too sugary or generally awful. If you're in the area, stop by and taste a bit of Portuguese culture.

It is a very little local nearby Rossio and it's worth to pay 1.4€ to taste Ginjinha, a local cheery flavoured liquor drink. Good luck with the hangover if you like it!

This place was recommended to us for sampling Ginjinha which as we found out is a very sweet Liquer. For 1.4€ we were glad we tried it but for us once was definitely enough.

for anyone looking for a genuine taste of Portugal. For just 1.4 euros you get a sample glass of this delicious cherry liquer. There are several of these little places dotted around the city but this is the best in my opinion.

This used to be my favourite bar in Lisbon (for Ginjinha) - until now! They are now defrauding their customers by selling incorrect measures. They sell their drinks (mainly Ginjinha local liqueur) in 5 cl and 3 cl measures (a "Grand" and a "Pequeno"). The...More

We find this tiny, traditional and nice place in Lisbon. Pass by Rossio's ginjinha houses and try an Eduardino because you already must know is the best ginjinha in town. The Eduardino is a liqueur made with herbs and tastes like candies. It's just perfect...More

Really liked this place. Great old shop, really nice buzz about it with people drinking outside, a friendly person pouring the drinks and the tastiest Ginja we've tried- smooth and balanced. Good central location too.

Just up the street from the famous A Ginjinha is this little spot which is a bit more old school Portuguese. Don't miss the original but save one of your Ginjinhas for here. You know you will have one every day while in Lisbon.

The most tradicional place to try Ginja, the first place to sell it in Lisbon. I love the shot with the fruits inside.

This little shop sells only 2 drinks: Ginja and their own house liqueur. Both are good, definitely after your dinner on the way to your hotel.
