The place itself is nice but the service, presentation of the sushi and quality was really poor! One round plate with sushi on top. No decoration.. no nice presentation... the quality was not as expected!
We booked a table at 10pm but arrived earlier cause...More

I know exactly what you are referring to as this was reported to me after our sales department saw this on another social media page. A series of bad decisions from our staff that led this to happen and even though they offered you...More
On the top floor of a recovered building right in the center of Lisbon near the hottest spots in town. Dress fine! The best Japanese food in town. Beautiful views of the city. Make a reservation before you go.
After spending 2 weeks in Portugal and encountering nothing but excellent customer service, we were utterly disappointed at the disrespectful behavior of the “doorman” at this establishment. Outright rude. Given the number of excellent rooftop bars in Lisbon, I suggest you go spend your time...More

Not agreeing with your opinion is not disrespectful. You are right, there are plenty of rooftops to go for a drink in shorts. Silk is a restaurant & club with a very public dress code.
Looked this place before leaving London, you can find Silk club via a hotel and on the top floor.I was recommended to try their local Aguardiente which was strong and had a full body of flavor, only tried the Colombian version before that and can say this...More
Sexual discrimination: Charged €20 per man to get in. Women got in free. Had to haggle due to partner's facial hair. The entrance fee earned us an ironically "free" drink. The club had the atmosphere of a damp fart and the clientele were aromatically consistent....More

No response possible really.
Your partner has facial hair? So does the doorman.
Glad you enjoyed our Mojito.
We have been recommended to come here and decided to give this place a go on the last night of our trip. It was absolutely amazing. The service was perfect - Sami looked after us very well, gave recommendations on what dishes to have and...More
This place isn’t obvious when you arrive, but when you go up in the lift to the top floor it’s really lovely. Amazing outside terrace with views of the Lisbon skyline. Wine and food very good quality and not that expensive. The service was friendly...More
Silk is a pricey place with cocktails at about 17 euros each, however it is one of the best spots you can see Lisbon from. It's a beautiful city and the rooftop of Silk offers a stunning view that is most enjoyable at night. I...More
The traditionally trendy "Chiado" (literally, "squeak", the nickname of a 16th century poet) offers plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars where you can stop for a cafe or cocktail, after exploring its streets, shops, art galleries, theaters, museums and viewpoints. It's also the home to the statue of the famous statue of portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa, having is usual espresso at "A Brasileira" as he used
to. You can also enjoy breathtaking views of Lisbon from the Elevador de Santa Justa or the Carmo Convent, for example. A commercial neighborhood at its core, especially for its Garrett and Carmo streets, Chiado is to this day a mandatory visit in Lisbon.
