Not far from Avenida da Liberdade , there is this beautiful and high quality fine arts collection. Great French furniture, rare English silvery, beautiful China and tapestries, etc. The ensemble shows the eclectic and very taste of a low profile Portuguese collector

Stopping in here by the chance of our hotel being nearby was an excellent addition to our trip. The 25 rooms are filled to the brim with wonders and treasures of all kinds. The watch collection and Portuguese style tile work were personal favourites.
