This museum is housed in the tram depot. Three main sections to visit with a complimentary ride on an old tram to get between the sites. As we were the only people there at the time, we enjoyed our own private ride around the depot. Not only are there trams to see but also buses.

Went here with the family, including 5 year old granddaughter. The first part is a well-illustrated history of public transport in the Lisbon area. Then an old tram takes you to part 2. Here they have a depot full of old trams, dating back to old horsedrawn ones from the 19th

We found this museum while de-boarding Tram 28 to make a transfer. The history of Lisbon trams are well documented and we enjoyed the displays of tickets, uniforms, cable cars as they were evolved over the years. The tour includes a large warehouse of old trams and buses. The
