Stopped here during our walking + taxi tour of the city. This place provides great views of the city and surrounding area. Nice place to hang out.

We were staying in Bairro Alto so this is on your doorstep. Good views - except spoilt by fences/reconstruction work. Lovely cafe with cheap food and drink - lots of locals too

After riding the very short and very expensive elevador da gloria, we arrived. Nice enough for a few minutes look, but the actual edge of the viewing platform was blocked off for construction. So, it wasn't as great as it could have been.

IMO this viewpoint is one of the nicest in Lisbon. You have here a marvelous view of the city and as it is not too crowded you can sit here, take your time and just enjoy.

Accidentally ended up here, just looking for a place to drink some Port. Great view, fun happenings with lots of drink and food just there. Music at times, incredible view of the city, especially at sunset and in the evening. Wonderful Sangria !!!!!

Great views of the cityscape in a park like setting with a few vendors selling their wares and some good restaurants around it.

On the edge of Bairro Alto - a district renowned for its bars and restaurants and close to the fashionable Principe Real square, this garden offers a magnificent view on the Baixa (downtown) and across to the opposite hills of Santa Ana, Graça e Castelo...More

Sadly, the area was under construction and was being repaired but still has great views of Lisbon. The market (selling food and drink and souvenirs) was open though and it is convenient for the 28 tram and the funicular.

Nov 10,2018. didnt see construction but there is a tall chain link fence keeping visitors from the actual edge, I assume for safety. The view is still breathtaking and the shops and cafes lovely.
