It's a nice little park area in the middle of the city that has an amazing view at the top of the hill, but its a nice steep climb up to the top of that hill. There's a fountain at the top and a very nice restaurant as well. It's worth the stop by, but no really need to spend... More

We had taken the bus tour & got off to have a walk round. If you get off the tour bus at the top you can simply walk down to the bottom & catch the bus again. The view from here is well worth the trip, I can imagine in the height of summer it would be magnificent. The gardens... More

We walked from our Hotel (Novotel) to this place. They were holding a book fair... unfortunately all the books were in Portuguese, so nothing we could read. It was fun, and lively. The park is beautiful and you get a great view all the way to the Tajo River. From there we walked down to Marquis of Pombal square, onto... More

There isn't much to the Parque Eduardo. It's big and well maintained, but besides sitting, strolling, or walking your dog, there isn't much to do. It's very near the Arboretum, which is definitely worth a visit if you are at all interested in plants/gardening.

Parque Eduardo VII is a well manicured park at the end of Avenida Liberdade. Looks to have been constructed as part of Pombal's regeneration plan after the Earthquake. There are some attractive 18th century buildings on the edge of the gardens which are worth a look.

This park was near our hotel but we only managed to visit on our last afternoon as by the time we had been out all day sightseeing we didn't have the energy to walk any further! Not a must-do if you only have a short time in Lisbon, but if near, it is a very pleasant park to stroll in... More

Up here, the view on lisbon big avenue and the riveris quite amazing. If you are Lucky and there is some breeze, the gigantic flag of Portugal will be blown and you can take great photos. Around the park, many shops to eat good food and buy stuff like old books etc..

Was near our hotel, so we took advantage of walking this beautiful park every day. It is on slope looking down towards the Marques d Pombal monument and beyond, down a large tree-lined avenue -- the views are awesome. You can see the river in the distance. Many nice benches amid the trees and flowers are nice place to sit... More

Is a very quiet place surrounded by busy streets! You can have a very unique view and perspective of one of the main streets of Lisbon. Book fair happens there, usually on May/June

A really unusual park set on a slope- loved the views and the walk up was a good workout! It felt like a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and let the air fill your lungs.
