Pay the €4 to go out the back and up at the front to the treasury. There is the super creepy hand in armour. It was amazing.

The Church was amazing inside and outside. It's well situated and you can sits on the steps outside and people watch as it is on a busy junction. Inside was beautiful and a lot of work had been put into making it a good experience...More

The Lisbon Se is well worth a visit. While it lacks the artistry found in some cathedrals, the history is special. It is a 15 minute walk from Santa Just a Elevator area. The cathedral is one of the oldest buildings to survive the 1755...More

Imposing in the daylight, Se de Lisboa is dramatic after night fall. Was fortunate to experience this with The Masters of Lisbon Guitar series. With only 24 attendees, the evening was made even more special-an almost "private" concert! Wooden folding chairs arranged in The Cloisters...More

We really love old cathedrals like this one. The catholic churches have an amazing arhitecture. It is located in Alfama, so a great place to start a walk through the neighbourhood.

If we had been with a guide, I think we would have been more impressed with the cathedral, which has a very long history. The Igreja Sao Roque in Bairro Alto has a far more interesting interior and far fewer crowds.

For those who like Catholic monuments, not missed the Cathedral . Located in the neighborhood of Castelo, and next to a beautiful viewpoint. To get to know the place better, suggest a guided tour: APP Tour Guide - Pedro Guedes

A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site,
Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply
"Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake
construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755
earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its
name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in
Rossio and Restauradores, outlets and shops in the
Áurea, Augusta, Prata and other famous streets, the
