- CraftyCol_7Salford, United Kingdom39 contributionsBenfica Stadium Tour - Excellent Value & InformativeWent on the Benfica Stadium Tour which was excellent as you get to see so many behind the scenes areas such as the changing room, pitchside and press room. The Tour Guide was excellent and there were many photo opportunities. The Tour cost less than 20 Euros and included a scarf and fridge magnet, so great value. The stadium is on the blue line for the Metro so took about 20 minutes from the station near the port. Highly recommended if you enjoy football.Visited October 2023Travelled soloWritten October 17, 2023
- Sarah GFolkestone, United Kingdom362 contributionsGreat stadium tourBooked this tour via Headout and it cost me €15.99 which was an absolute bargain. Got a free scarf and magnet. The tour was very informative a lot of photo opportunities and even got to walk round the pitch to see the 3 eagles Afterwards I went to the museum which was over 3 floors and a lot of trophies! Thoroughly recommend for football fans. I was on the 1020 tour and only around 15/20 of us. - Aston ISwindon, United Kingdom44 contributionsou do not need a passport/ID when attending, just your ticket, we wondered this and found no info about this pre-matchVisited Benfica vs Rio Ave and it was class, everyone was welcoming and had no issues with tourists attending. You do not need a passport/ID when attending, just your ticket, we wondered this and found no info about this before the game. Price was reasonable and they do not often sell out unless its against one of the big boys so tickets were easily attainable. Would go again.Visited January 2024Travelled with friendsWritten January 15, 2024
- mattpgabYork, Maine587 contributionsCool VenueWe attended a match between Befica and Estoril on a recent Sunday night. The pregame experience was cool. Food trucks with beer and local foods. The game experience was all about the game and not much else. Lots of smoking in the stands made it unenjoyable for non-smokers. They don’t sell beer during the game. No ID required to enter the stadium.Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten March 12, 2024

- Joe McGoe17 contributionsGreat venueHaving gone to several futbol games in Spain, we were unsure how this game would compare. We arrived at the stadium four hours before the start of the game and were immediately impressed by the food and drink options, family-friendly crowd, and music. It was a great time had by all, even before the game started. Once we headed into the stadium and the game began, we continued to be impressed by the arena and fans. The arena was modern, clean, and the seats were comfortable. The fans were impassioned but polite, with no pushing, smoking, or fighting in the stands. Overall it was an excellent experience and one that was a highlight of the trip. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Lisboa.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten August 26, 2024

We were there nearly three hours doing the stadium and museum tour. Well worth a visit and a cheap uber ride from the centre of Lisbon. Added bonus was that my son managed to pick up a ticket for the match the next day at the on site store at much cheaper than a UK PL match!!Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten August 26, 2024

The woman at the ticket office saw how disappointed I was and promptly offered me a complimentary ticket to the match! A great experience seeing Cristiano Ronaldo scoring his 900th career goal!Visited September 2024Travelled soloWritten September 7, 2024

The stadium is impressive, the atmosphere good and the football very good. Around the stadium, the atmosphere was also great. Tour takes you to the most important parts of the stadium, except for the home locker room since only the team players can stay there. The highlight of the tour is meeting mascots - eagles that can be seen from close. Great addition is museum that you should visit - plan to be there some 3 hours and still you won’t be able to see everything in details.

Have completed many stadium tours and this one ranks high in the list. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us enough time to ask questions and take photographs including with the eagles. We even got a free fridge magnet as free gift when we completed the tour. We included the museum tour in our ticket which as you can expect is impressive with nearly literally hundreds of trophies

I visited the stadium whilst in Lisbon for a Sporting match. You can walk all the way around and view the outside of the stadium which looks fantastic. Even better, you can grab a drink in it's restaurant and view the pitch and stands on the inside.

It’s an impressive stadium and they do look after you. However on this occasion no look at the pitch, no managers seat, only the home changing room (surprisingly small I may add) and no executive visiting. But very good English and clearly pride in their club. Lots of stats and lots of corridors

For events and concerts here, what is the bag policy? Does it have to be clear? Does it have to be small?
Written May 14, 2024
For the stadium tour, is there anywhere to keep a backpack?
If not at the stadium, where is the best place to keep it?

What website do I buy tickets for a game. Do t want to get them from a third party
Written November 1, 2023
I want to attend the game on Oct 1, 2023 vs porto. When can I purchase these tickets?
And is it safe to attend the game with a 4 year old?
Written July 10, 2023
Probably the biggest game of their season so tickets will be hard to get although not impossible. Safe enough for a 4 year old but it will be very loud.

Hi, we are travelling from Scotland for the game vs Vizela on 11th March 2022 - our flight lands 45 minutes before kick off and we wondered how long the ticket gates stay open after kick off? The game has been rescheduled from the 13th to the 11th which is a shame as we had plenty of time beforehand - but wondering if we’ll even get in to the stadium if we are late (probably will be) - any help appreciated. Thanks - Zac.

I’ve purchased tickets for tour online and been sent a voucher which I need to exchange. Can I do this on the day or is it wise to go the day before and get the actual tickets? Thanks.

We are travelling with a party of 7 to Lisbon next week and have tickets for the Benfica game. We will go directly from the airport to the stadium. Any recommendations for luggage storage nearby is appreciated! Thanks!
Written January 24, 2020
Unfortunately, I can't say whether the stadium offers luggage service... I recommend you try to get informations about this on the mall Colombo which is located just in front of the Benfica stadium.
