One of the most beautiful parts of Portugal, with typical mediterranean vegetation and climate although actually being in the Atlantic coast. Perfect for nature lovers, cyclists, trekking and lots of wonderful secluded beaches.

Mid June can be difficult to park a car near Arrábida beaches. Even now in April I was there (on a week day!) and beaches like Figueirinha and Galapos were already full in the afternoon, with few parking spaces available (even though still possible). In June it should be much worse, as the weather is even better.
So, my advice is:
- If you want to just park in one of the beaches and stay there, you should go early in the morning and that should work. I suggest Figueirinha, Galapos or Galapinhos beaches.
- If you plan to just stroll around the area by car and park in each beach to see the view and take photos, even if you start early in the morning it will be considerably more difficult to park as the day progresses. Then start by the beaches coming from Setúbal (more difficult to park) and leave the high road at the top for the afternoon, as well as the interior part of the mountain and Sesimbra.
Lastly, since at that time the traffic is only possible from Setúbal to Arrábida and not the other way around (from 9am on), I suggest you book those 2 nights in Setúbal and not Sesimbra, as it will be much more convenient for you.
