It is a great cathedral, beautiful arhitecture. Unfortunately we arrived just a couple of minutes after it closed so we couldn't enter...(it closes at 19 pm).

As said, we hiked all the way up to the cathedral from Braga centre. It's a great dayfilling hike which leads to the Bom Jesus and then this church.

Awe Inspiring If you are in Braga make sure you visit. Easily accessible in the historic part of town. You should definitely pay the few euros to go inside and if possible do a tour with a guide

If you want to visit this church, you have to pay a small fee, but it's worth it! This church has the most spectacular ceiling i've ever seen. Take your time!

This cathedral alone is worth the trip to Braga. The sanctuary and the choir loft are completely breathtaking! There are tours you can take for a few euro which will give more in depth information. Totally worth a visit!!

If you are in Braga, you should definitely pay a visit to Sé de Braga. Beautiful old church, even though it smells like fungus inside.
