This is the worst thing we saw in Porto. It's really hard to get there so we took a taxi because my 7 years old daughter is in love with astronomy. It was first time she went from a exhibition with crying. Lady in ticket sale told us that entrance is free but if we want to see the movie then it would cost 12 euro per person. I agreed because of the daughter. The lady told me that the movie is only at 4pm. We were there at 12am. The exhibition took about 5 minutes. This place should not be named planetarium. If I could give zero stars then I would do it. It's a scam on tourists.

We wanted to bring the kids to the planetarium in Porto. Even though it's supposed to be open from 9.30 til 17.30 Monday to Friday and 14.30 til 17.30 on Saturday, you mustn't trust their website and need to catch a show. We arrived at 11.30 and were told we had to wait until 14.30 for the next show... The woman at the cashier was very unpleasant. Access to the exhibition room is free, but it mostly bare. There's a cafeteria (quite cheap), but they start serving food at 12.00, not a minute sooner! You can get there with bus number 207 (stop Planetario), but I don't really suggest you waste your time in going there. It's obviously made for groups of schoolchildren (everything's in Portuguese), not for tourists.
