Felt the tour was quite expensive. Nice to see the rooms but only took about 30mins. The large room at the end was impressive. The next day we went to the O Comercial restaurant which was fantastic and you got to see the centre square and eat in a room in the palace

Fantastic architecture. You can pay fora 40minute tour which I would definitely recommend. Final room on tour mind blowing !! The Arabian Hall with moorish designs and gilded in gold. No surface is left untouched. They were dressing this room for a dinner that night . Oh my goodness amazing , you can apparently hire the room for €7000 a... More

This building is the old stock exchange, which was in use until the 1990s I believe. The visit is by timed guided tour only, and takes about 30 minutes. Our guide was knowledgable and spoke perfect English. Current cost is 8.50 Euros per adult. Worth seeing as the interior decor is quite amazing.

Fascinating history of the building, not to mention the beauty within, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour with our guide who was most personable and informative.

Slightly on the expensive side, interesting but quite a short tour. The only way to get to the building is on a scheduled and guided tour, so you may have to wait for the next tour to start. For architecture enthusiasts probably a wonderful place, for us others still ok.

Expensive to get in at €8.50 but a fabulous building and the arab hall and tribunal halls are worth the visit. Its really the old cloisters of the adjacent Franciscan Igreja de S Francisco. A fire, caused by the siege of Porto in 1832, destroyed the old cloisters. In its place, the Commercial Association of the city built the Stock... More

I love architecture, especially from the 19th century, and the Palácio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace) is a perfect example of the wonder of this

Palacio da Bolsa is a grand victorian building - still the home of the Oporto Chamber of Commerce. There are guided tours in several languages. Just pick your best language. Guides are very good ( max group size is 50. There were anout 20 in our English speaking group - few of whom were English but all fluent in our... More
