This bridge is concrete (Dom Luis is steel) but it still conveys a lacy pattern visible when traveling across it. Built in the 1960's, assume this to be state of the art design. Find this bridge down a bit from the Dom Luis bridge.

Its avey nice bridge. Ppl thought that thisbridge would not handle the weight motor vehicles. They had all thejounalists come out and they drove a car across the bridge. They realized that the bridge was safe and strong today cars cross the bridge daily.

The best thing about this bridge is the change to view from a different perspective The Eiffel designed bridge further up the river.
