Casa da Música is an Iconic 12-floor concert hall with a top floor restaurant designed by Rem Koolhaas and completed in 2005, if you like Modern Architecture you are going to love it, otherwise no so much, personally enjoyed the Baroque churches more

Yes. You need to purchase a ticket for the excellent guided tour. Without a ticket you can't get past the lobby.

As with anywhere, it depends on availability. We booked online to make sure we weren't disappointed. It was easy to do and we picked up the tickets on arrival.
