The exterior of this church is amazing- beautiful old blue tiles. Actually Porto itself could becalled the Blue Town of Portugal. One of my most favourite places to visit.

The small church is next to Sao Bento train station. The blue and white tiles finishings are impressive both from outside and inside. Recommended to have a quick look around.

It is located a few steps from the São Bento Station, so it is worth a quick stop if you are in area. The inside is more impressive with a nicely carved altar. The exterior is less impressive but the blue tiles are interesting.

I have never seen something similar...it looks beautiful from inside and outside. Of you arrived to Porto by train or just visited Sao Bente station and liked it, visit this church as well to strengthen the impression!

The primary point of interest in this church is on its exterior, where there are panels of Azulejo tiled murals. Gorgeous murals! The church is catty-corner to the Sao Bento Train Station.

This church is centrally located near the main square and São Bento train station. The beautiful tiled exterior is matched by a very decorative interior - well worth a visit.

There are so many beautiful churches in Porto! This one has a lovely facade decorated with blue and white azulejos typical to many buildings in Porto which make this city so special. This church is located across the street from the São Bento train station

Located in the center of Porto this tile clad church is easy to find. The church was constructed in the seventeenth century but the tile was not added until the 20th century. Interior is kind of dark and underwhelming.

Walking around near the Sao Bento Station I saw this church and went in to this nice baroque church. The Church of the early seven hundred has a Baroque style. Dedicated to Santo António, all this devotion is reflected in the facade, where a niche...More
