We had a bus ride 8.00 per person from dock each way.. Beach was clean, good clear water, restrooms, bar, items for sale, beer was cold :) I believe about a 20 minute bus ride.. Some vendors on beach, sea doo rentals etc.. Not overly pressured, it's a good spot!

Swam to third beach from Jolly Beach. Had a nice walk and beverage at the Nest, a lil beach bar. Great place to spend the day, they rent beach chairs/umbrellas

Went to this beach for the day. Beach is clean and has locals selling fresh coconut water/jelly for $5. Rental was reasonable $10 for umbrella $5 for chairs. The view is amazing but getting into the water was pretty rough due to part of the beach being lined with shells. What I recommend is going half way down on the... More

Went to this beach on a non-cruise day. Rented two chairs and an umbrella for $20 total. It's really worth it because the sun gets very hot and it's nice to have some shade. If you want to save some money get a chair for $5 and sit under one of the nearby trees. The Nest Restaurant was really good... More

As per a previous review, we had day tour with local taxi driver eagle who was full of facts. There was 4 of us who paid 25 US dollars each for about 6 hours , firstly an old church then Shirley height which give you fantastic views of English harbour, then down into nelsons dockyard for short time. Then went... More

One of the nicer beaches that is easily accessible if the gate is unlocked. On the Caribbean, sandy, some shade. Good for wading or swimming.

We arrived for the day via P and O Britannia, and looked up the best beach on TA before we left home.. Lots of folks said Valley Church was good, and they were not wrong... Excellent azure calm waters.. soft silky sand... there is a shelf that goes steeply into the water, but its not too bad.. 2 sunbeds, brolly... More

Visited many beaches on Antigua and this beach was by far the nicest. Umbrella rental, open air restaurant, lovely soft white sand, good for snorkelling, floating water park, ample free parking - Valley Church Beach has it all.

Recently visit Antigua aboard P&O ship Azura. Jumped a taxi to this beach, on arrival was met by a guy by the name of Neck, he sorted our location &sunbeds. The beach and sand was beautiful, nice bar and cafe with free WiFi.

Beautiful beach with black pineapple nearby Not sure if the snorkeling is as the water was cloudy and it also rained while we were there
