We went in July. We spent 1 hour and a half here. It was €4.50 I think for student tickets which was worth it. Would highly recommend the earthquake simulator there, really educational. Loved the temporary exhibition as well. You'd get entertainment for a few...More

The staff is very helpful, kids loved the real animals and the animatronic dinosaurs. The earthquake simulator is very informative. Bring your own food as there is no cafe just a venting machine.

This museum combines splendid exhibits with interactive activities for kids while maintaining parents' interest. It is also ideal for birthday parties! The museum often organises special scientific talks tailored for young learners, arts and crafts and treasure hunts. Don't miss it.

Great for kids. Should keep them quiet for a couple of hours. Very educational too. If you want to find out all about the animals which live in Crete then this is the place for you.
