Perfectly situated on the protected south coast of the island, Faragas is a stunning beach with crystal clear waters and a fun vibe. The beach has two options: public (free, bring your own towels and umbrellas, free parking) and private (pay for sun beds with umbrellas + valet parking). The newly opened Barbarossa restaurant and beach club provided all of the amenities one could need - bathroom, shower, market, bar, restaurant,) and the wait staff attending to the sun beds were attentive and, more importantly, fun! We loved this beach so much we came back for a second day of our trip in Paros. We then decided to book two sundbeds for the day at the Beach Bar/Restaurant and spent an amazing day here. In our opinion, it was our favourite beach spot on the island. Water was amazing. I want to give special mention regarding Faragas Beach and in my opinion one of the nicest and most beautiful on the island. The beach chairs are comfortable. The service is attentive and super courteous. By mid morning they had a great DJ playing some nice music. Perfect vibes for the beach. The culmination of the visit was a relaxed late lunch at their beach restaurant. The food was terrific. I’d be remiss if I did no highly recommend their grilled calamari. They served it whole but sliced and it was the best I’ve had on this island. The tarama (fish roe salad) also very delicious. A good location, decent food but very expencive compare with the clamed class of the menu. Be carefull on the bill when it came; they try to cheat you adding higer price in the bill compare with what it is in the menu!!! The owner is not nice, quite agressive when yoy rise any comment!!! That kind of location when they try to take advantage from one time visit especcially if you are tourist. It is unfortunately totally oposite to the island people who are nice and correct!!!

Very poor customer service compared to the price of the sunbeds.
Loud disco music all day long (literally all day) despite several complains and kind requests to low the volume at siesta time.
Poor service at the bar, with long waits and barely any service at the table.
Not a place I would recommend to people that like to chill at the beach and enjoy the sounds of waves.

Having visited Faragas beach club for multiple years, I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by what it has turned into.
The staff are rude, condescending and the service is terribly slow.
I waited 30 minutes for a salad and had already finished mine before my friend’s salad arrived 20 mins later.
Once I asked to pay they practically force you to add I tip - which I didn’t.
Would not recommend this beach club to anyone unless you want to waste your money.

. Nice place and very nice sea. The organization of the lido however really leaves something to be desired. 3 days out of 3 we were bounced as all the beds are fully booked until August 20, 24.
They showed us the only sunbeds available, or puffs located completely under the sun at a cost of €40. I explained that being pregnant this solution was not possible. At which mysteriously appear free sunbeds, cost €50.00 practically inside the restaurant with passage of waiters and under trees, others under the register with deafening music. This treatment doesn't seem normal to me. Waiting to figure out what to do, a few meters and seconds apart a couple gets a sunbed decidedly more suitable for the price (at least on the beach) just because in the meantime a reservation has opened up.
Beyond the treatment in my opinion unfair, I asked how it was possible to fully book until August 20 since they are not traceable by phone in any way you can book online.
I think you can keep their beds.

The beach overall is beautiful and well served, but the only structure present was fully booked already at 10 in the morning, consequently we found ourselves having to stay on two puffs (cushions where you can lie down) all day, without shade during the hottest hours. Positive note for the sea and especially for the restaurant, very good food and friendly staff. Average prices for the island

Staff at reception annoying that offers us two beds at 70 € until 14... I state that I was there at 10.30 .. because after they were booked. I have traveled the five continents and beaches in hundreds .. but this I had never felt .. an umbrella in time. With politeness I left .. but I have been visiting Greece for almost thirty years .. and I have lived nine in Athens and I have toured almost all of it .. I think there is nothing of Greece that everyone liked .. everywhere you go absurd prices and they think to take money out of the pockets of tourists !! In doing so they will begin to lose people too.

About 20 minutes or so from Parikia you can find this rather small gold sand beach and thus sometimes crowded, especial y in high season OK at the end of September. You can rent a sunbed but they are very cramped each other. I liked to go to the right towards the small rocky bays and more privacy. Crystal clear shallow waters but still good to be able swim. The surroundings is stunning. I really did enjoy laid-back afternoon there.

I recently wrote a very positive review but have changed my mind. The girl who services the beach is still amazing! She services the beach all on her own… does a great job! I hope she is paid well! We booked two specific lounge chairs with Kostandino but when we arrived one of them was taken… we had been specific and I speak Greek. Very disappointed…
Also the music is too loud… we want to swim & chill. If I want to dance I’ll go to a club not the beach.

Terribly rude female host in charge of the Sunbeds. I am not sure what they are trying to achieve with such rudeness. Beach crammed and no shade if you can’t get a bed. We left very insulted.

How would you get from Faragas Beach from Archipelagos Resort. No vehicle.

We took a car rental while on island.Owners were great , they drove the car to our hotel and made everything very simple.Price was about 30 eu per day.My suggestion is to rent a car while on island, as there is a lot to see .Kolymbithres beach is great to visit,also.
