My wife and arrived at the brewery after walking from Kamari Beach. Unfortunately, we arrived immediately before a small tour group of about 10 people. When the attendant saw that the tour group had arrived, we were told to keep clear of the sampling area because the group needed priority. That seemed like a reasonable request to us so we started to peruse tie logo souvenir t-shirts. After about 10 minutes, a young female attendant asked us to leave the enclosed area and wait outside until the group left. I’m 69 and a serious beer consumer and had just walked over 2 miles to visit the brewery. Also, I’m the type of person who is very likely to actually purchase something after I sample it. I doubt that any of the 20-something persons in the group were there for more than the free samples. I was saddened when they asked me and my wife to wait outside, so we just left, never having a chance to try the beer. So, unless you arrive with a group, don’t expect to be treated like a potential customer who might spend money there. We will be staying in Greece for another eight days. I will not order any of the products from this brewer nor will I ever recommend anybody do so!

We arrived too late to see anything happening, but we were invited to return the next day as there were bottling. It is worth ringing ahead to see if it is worth visiting any particular day. Nonetheless, we got to buy some beer at the door which was great. We had tasted the beer in various taverns on the island, and it was good to buy some direct at the brewery door.
A very small brewery, with just about 3 (that I was aware of) varieties. The crazy donkey pale ale was particularly distinctive and very tasty - but 6.5% ABV so go easy!!!!
It is a relatively new facility and is not on some of the tourist maps, but GPS/Google maps finds it easily enough.
Would have scored 5 stars if we could have gone inside, tasted, and seen some bottling!

Just had a thoroughly lovely visit to the Santorini Brewing Company - arrived and had a couple of tasters followed by a couple of bottles (some of which are only available from
the brewery).
Pretty easy to get to from Fira - just catch the Kamari bus and request the Santorini Brewery stop. Going back to Fira just wait in the opposite side of the road and flag the bus down (was warned that it might not stop if full of people coming back from the bus).

Nice seating area to try the beers. We weren’t offered any free tastings as some reviews indicate but we sat and consumed a few different beers while admiring the view and chatting to other visitors. We also chatted to a couple of staff who were very friendly. We also noticed that the prices of the beers were cheaper than we had paid in local bars. A nice way to while away an hour or so

We visited right at closing; but they were very accommodating, Good gift shop to purchase Beer and accessories. Easy to find. My suggestion, make a reservation, take the tour and enjoy lunch and a beer. We tried all their varieties and recommend them.

Small brewery located on the island. Very easy to get to. We were the only ones there at the time and got to taste a few beers plus chat with an employee (sadly I forgot her name, but she was very nice and engaging, not just about the beer but about the island in general). Purchased a few single bottles and a t-shirt, quick and easy stop!

Welcoming, friendly staff who were very informative and knowledgeable about the beers and company’s history. Enjoyed the opportunity to taste beers before we bought a bottle. Beautiful surroundings and views. Just a shame there’s no brewery tour. The donkey merchandise is worth a look too!

We hiked Fira to Oia and went straight to Santorini Brewing. Being Northwest US beer snobs we wanted to check out the beer scene on the island. Birga guided us through the variety of beers made and was a lovely host. They don’t allow a proper brewery tour so you remain in the tasting room. After tasting we bought a few beers and had a nice time visiting with others on the patio. We know beer and these guys make great beer. Definitely worth a visit.

What a fantastic place! Of course, it helps if you enjoy your beer.
The 2 ladies working there today were so welcoming, friendly and hospitable.
I had read the story of this brewery, how it began and where it is now. On offer were 7 beers (2 of which we had already tried in the local restaurants). We went through the selection on offer - clean glasses with every beer we tried. The beers really are good - all ingredients are brought in. There’s an IPA, an amber ale, a lager and even a stout! All really tasty and refreshing (I didn’t try the stout at the brewery - it needs a little time to warm up and we took it back to the hotel to try later).
My favourite was the wheat beer (White Donkey) while my wife enjoyed the Smart Ass, triple dry hopped - the youngest donkey on offer!
It’s 4 minutes on a bus from Kamari. We walked from the brewery to Kamari and it took us 30 minutes (40 mins to our hotel). We left at 5pm so the sun wasn’t as hot. Take care when walking back - pavement doesn’t cover the entire route and you need to be aware of traffic, but it was a really easy walk back.
If you’re a beer/ale lover and enjoy visiting new breweries, this is a ‘must visit’. Allow just a couple of hours and you won’t be disappointed.

A must visit if you enjoy beer and socializing. A small establishment with lots of friendly vibes from the staff. We tasted their three popular ones, and had a White Donkey also. This was in a larger bottle and shared. A lot lighter than the others.
I highly recommend.

Yes, you could buy them here at their brewery in Mesa Gonia, Santorini. The beer is €8 For a 750ml bottle and the Goblets are €4, pint glasses are €3, metal mugs are €15 and ceramic mugs are €25.
