Beautiful mountain, easy access to drive if you are not walk fun. Stunning views of East side of Corfu. Only one small minus is that massive telecommunication masts are slightly destroying the scene.

GPS took me thru some rough small olive grove roads that were impossible to drive in the small rental.. apparently there is another road which I was not aware of.. make sure you know which road your on and if your driving they olive groves......More

Just one tip. Make sure you get the right road to the top. Navigators make mistakes as we witnessed. Its very pretty and beautiful as you see whole of Corfu and parts of Albania there.

Really great views to Corfu island. Prepare yourself for crazy ride up to the mountain, but it is worth it!

Hiking is about 3 hours, 11km long, 1000m altitude difference. Nice views on your way up and down!

Yes the main car route up the mountain continues to the north of the island but you won't get to the top of the mountain just in the car. I didn't hire a car so couldn't comment on the route on the north side of the mountain... More
