This is part of the ticket to the Ancient Olympic site. It was very nice to go to the museum first as it gave a good base and helped to avoid all the tour bus crowds that toured the Olympic site first.

The Museum is great but not completely handicap accessible. Enjoy it after you have toured the grounds.

Both the outdoor and indoor sections of the museum were well organized and easy to navigate. We had an amazing time seeing all the artifacts and statues.

While this museum is small, it has some of the prettiest artifacts in it. Some of my favorite items were the tools and terracota items from Pheidias' workshop. I was also impressed that they have some glass vases. I do recall seeing glass in any...More

The museum is a treasure trove of artefact found at the site of Olympia, with the highlight being the large statue of Hermes of Praxiteles. Plenty of statues and carvings, Greek helmets, pottery and weaponry throughout so for anyone with an interest in archaeology and...More

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this amazing museum. There are stunning exhibits. We benefited by having a local guide who helped us to understand what we were viewing. Allow at least two hours.

The displays of statuary and artifacts, etc are simply stunning and so well displayed by the Greeks that it made us feel that the Elgin Marbles should be returned.

We enjoyed our time in the area including seeing the original Olympic grounds but the museum is an add-on, not foundational.

This is an excellent museum that will help you make sense of either what you have seen or will see on the archaeological site of Olympia. The winged victory (Nike) is particularly impressive when you remember the pillar on the site on which it had...More

That is a question that the Museum would have to answer. I would suggest you contact them directly. Check their web site.
