This little museum is tucked away amongst the gift shops and eateries, but is well worth a half hour of your time if you have any interest in the science of the ancient Greeks or just engineering in general.

When visiting Olympia you should visit the museum of technology! The Greeks knew it all!!! Do not hesitate to ask the guides, play with the replica and read the great achievements of old times

Working replicas, informative and engaging staff, plus so much information about Archimedes in one large room. It’s hard to believe that my two young boys spent over an hour exploring. It’s a definite do in Olympia.

Hi! I assume you mean the Katakolo cruise port. If so, it's about 40 minutes drive. The museum is in the village centre of Olympia. Best, Nick
