This museum is truly amazing, the exhibits were perfect and one of the best modern art museums I've been to! From the top of the museum you have a beautiful panoramic view of the city with a gorgeous rainbow filter!

Many people know ARoS because of its rainbow panorama level on top of the building and I have to say the view did not disappoint. Do make sure to save enough time to explore the rest of the museum as I was able to enjoy...More

The only thing unique is the rainbow "circle" at the top floor. Besides that is your average collection.

though the brick exterior isn’t remarkable, the interior is, particularly of course for Oliafur Elliasson’s wonderful rainbow “heaven” of a walkway on the roof. The interior is wonderful too, with sweeping white ramps, and many floors of fantastic exhibitions, all linked loosely to a Divine...More

The art collections vary regularly, but the 8th floor Danish art - particularly the modern, abstract and surreal, and the examples of the Skagen school are worth seeing. It is worth knowing a couple can buy an annual pass for 650kr and members get to...More

The 360 degree view of the city is amazing as was the museum. I took a panorama photo and the way it captured the colors was a surprise. The two main exhibits were very provocative and unusual. You must see for yourself whether you “enjoy”...More

Like some other new museums, AROS’s building is more than the exhibits inside. The building is stunning and is topped by the Rainbow Panorama. From this enclosed walkway, in various colors, you can enjoy views of Aarhus and the port. There’s also an open air...More
