Old type of building not well maintained, but has its own charming. Different from any other usual cinemas showing typical American hollywood movies, this place plays various films from many other countries. Some seats are 2 persons sofa, where couples can sit together.

I went to couple of screenings in Ost for Paradis. It has a very central location. It screens a list of indie films .The screening rooms are tiny and very comfortable.

Øst for Paradis is a heaven of cinema. Obviously don't come here for the blockbusters. But it is the ideal place for a date or a night out with a sincere movie lover.

This is a cosy art house cinema that shows a great selection of films, but not the usual Hollywood blockbusters. When talking about it, the locals all use the word ' hyggelige' to describe it , which shows how cosy it is! There is also...More
