Any trip to Copenhagen is not complete without visiting the gardens. Great fun with lots to do and plenty of choices for food inside. Excellent at Christmas.

Disappointed that we were not able to visit as it was closed for January. I would have liked for it to at least open so you could walk through the grounds but was met with strong resistance from someone at the entrance desk (not sure...More

Really nice atmosphere and very nice restaurants. The city card grants you access to Tivoli, and makes for a nice and cheap outing if you just want to scroll the gardens, watch a show in the outdoor theater. Hunt for a traditional Danish Kringle -...More

The gardens at Christmas are wonderful, great lights, Christmas stalls. The rides are open as are the cafe's and restaurants. Well worth staying late to see the fireworks. We bought a two day ticket as it saves a bit on the entry fee. Also make...More

Kind of like a small Disney/Epcot. Lots of fake snow. Should not be considered a top attraction for the country.

A beautiful place that was nicely decorated for Christmas. The attractions are pretty dangerous and there are big rows to enter them. There is a ticket for entering the gardens, and you have to pay for every attraction that you want to try. They have...More

We visited in December, and although it is somewhat expensive, it is worth it during Christmas time. They have decorated the whole Tivoli with beautiful Christmas decorations and lights. Located in the center of the city it is hard to miss.

There is an entry fee and then you can pay as you go depending upon which rides you want to go on. Or, you buy a wristband with your entry that allows you to go on all rides for unlimited times.
