The St Albans Church is very beautiful, it was a pleasant surprise. It was my favourite church in Copenhagen. You can rest and just hang out in the park nearby. You can also go inside, but when we were there it was closed. But definetly...More

St. Alban's Church is so lovely. We listened to the sound of the bells ringing as services were about to begin. It sits in a lovely, landscaped area, with beautiful views all around.

We visited the church as it was quite near to the Mermaid. The ladies supporting the tourists were obviously very English and were happy to hand out information in probably every language going. Just try it.

Within spitting distance of the mermaid is the much more impressive Anglican church with flowing fountains outside. One hour does these two plus the local army barracks, again worth a walk through on your way to town.

A beautiful church on an amazing landscape. You're definitely going to take pictures. The church, the green, the lake, the statue next to it. And if you're lucky (like I was) you'll witness a bagpipe player playing for the newlyweds <3

A charming church, looking as if it came straight out of the English countryside, and well worth a visit.

As Copenhagen matured into a major commercial center, this church was built to accommodate the growing English population of the city. It is a very attractive church and is located just beside the Gefion fountain. Unfortunately it was not open when we went by, but...More

A small, lovely church neear the Gefion Fountain. Volunteers will give you a description of the church in the language you need. I thought that was a nice touch. It's small enough that you won't need to spend a lot of time there but make...More
