The king Christian IV or Christian Firtal (as they call him in Denmark) ruled the Denmark-Norway from 1588 to 1648. He was the most famous and a very popular king in his country and you can also find the similar monument in Oslo.

The greatest ruler of Denmark stands over the street. You'll see his face everywhere in Denmark as the majority of the great buildings were built under his rule. The Danish love this guy!

This is a statue of the most famous leader in Danish history. Most of the great palaces and buildings were constructed under his rule.
