Hi June, there is no entry fee. The Corte Real is a beautiful, rural gallery for buying pieces of art work. It is set a wee bit outside of Paderne and is sign posted with red and green arrows. There are some narrow roads from Paderne, just keep driving and following the arrows. You will get there, park on the road (there will be no traffic ie remote), on the right hand side where you will see pigs and chickens and no doubt the two dogs - all fenced in and nothing to do with the gallery), get out of the car, walk a little way up the hill, turn right, first on the right you will see a wicker/rush gate and walk in. The gallery is open Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun. Ring the bell and either Pedro, or Michael will welcome you. I hope this helps and do go; it is a lovely place to visit. If you wonder how I know so much, my husband, Sean Curley has oil paintings there and we visit and love Portugal a lot. Best wishes, Andrea
