We run tours to the Sliabh Liag Cliffs, the highest sea cliffs in Europe standing 600m (1972 feet ). We operate from April to October, and sometimes earlier or later if weather is ok. With our 2 boats we can carry 24 passengers. The tour lasts about one and a half hours, and we take in many wonderful sights.Sometimes we are joined by wild life, like dolphins, whales, seals, and in May and June we often see basking sharks feeding on the plankton.Guests can go for a swim in the clear waters near Sliabh Liag we can supply wetsuits if you think the water is cold most don't need them. Some people are lucky enough to be joined by dolphins.

A little hard to come by and we heard about this by chance and decided to go on a whim. Boy, are we glad we did. Gorgeous scenery, and Paddy was a great captain, entertainer, and tour guide. Highly recommend doing this trip if you get the chance.

My daughter and I were taking a bike trip up the coast of County Donegal, and they recommended a boat ride with Paddy Byrne to view the Sliab Ligh cliffs. We were to be in the area for two days to allow time to hike/see the cliffs. We got there the first day, and Paddy wasn't sure about the swells,... More

What a way to see the spectacular cliffs! A really lovely experience. I was a little nervous when things got a bit rocky out at the cliffs but Paddy was very reassuring and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour to locals and visitors! Thank you Paddy for a lovely afternoon!

My family were visiting from England so we booked a trip. What a fantastic experience. Paddy was wonderful: warm, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly loves his work, which made the whole thing even more enjoyable. Swimming in the Atlantic under those amazing rocks, seeing a seal, watching the waves crash - brilliant. My 5 year old nephew drove the boat, and... More

On my first full day in Ireland I took the 10 AM boat tour with Paddy Bryne to view the Slieve League cliffs from the water. The day was slightly overcast but as we sailed the foggy soon burned up to frame the top of these majestic heights. No dolphins to be seen that morning but the squid were biting... More

Due to the chilly, rainy and cloudy day the boat tours were closed. A sign saying to text the owner for a reservation was posted at the dock---price is based on the number of travelers.

Due to the chilly, rainy and cloudy (and windy) day the boat tours were closed that about sum's it up alright. We don't sail in bad weather, we can't sail in bad weather because of the danger to passengers and boat. I have to be very careful with the weather and there are conditions that I can't and won't sail... More

This was a highlight of our holiday in Donegal, Gareth was so informative about the coastline, area and fishing, he could relate to both children and adults alike. We had a super evening on his boat, we got to fish and catch lobsters too. His rates are value for money compared with others we priced and our tour lasted 2hrs.... More
