Worth a visit

A nice walk from the central town and facinating architecture. There is not a lot to do in Kiruna and to walk to this via the park is a good experience especially when -12deg C.

Interesting building in Kirune, very specific one. But the whole center should move soon ! What about that one ?

In a small iron ore town this church is a masterpiece of serenity and offers a taste of local culture. Well worth the bus ride.

We weren't able to go inside, because it closes at 3:00 pm (15:00). However it's really beautiful from the outside and we could hear the organist practicing inside. Highly recommend a quick visit!

I found the church to be interesting, but not that interesting. It is a cool blend of Sami culture and Christianity, but as European churches go, it wasn't spectacular. Then again, there isn't a ton to do in Kiruna, so it's worth a visit IMO. No charge and it's right at the edge of city center.

A Christian church without the usual Christian architecture which made it nice. Sami inspired building inside and out made it a worthwhile visit. Otherwise, just another church.

Photogenic structure inside and outside. English fact sheets inside. Wooden structure is about 100 years old but looks band new.

Lovely church with a lovely story to tell. An attempt to join all faiths together using wood gathered from Siberia. 4 min walk from the centre of town.
