Lilla Torg is an extremely charming square, not far from the main pedestrian street in Malmo. Some of the buildings there are among the oldest in Malmo, dating back to 1590! In the summer there are a myriad of outdoor serving areas. One of my...More

There's no doubt that is currently the hub of Malmo, but as the docks are redeveloped I think it will be less so. It's quite attractive, but so is Stortoget the big square next door. If you really want to see Malmo, walk down to...More

A perfect place to sit down and have a drink or something to eat. You can sit outside from early april till late october.

A traditional place in Malmö to spend your time. Have nice buildings. A nice view. Good place for walking.

Might be a nice place in the summer but definitely not on a cloudy November afternoon ! Much the same for Malmo in general really.

With the larger square next door this forms a cosy and intimate contrast. The only blot on the landscape is the number and extent of the restaurants taking over somewhat.

Nice coffeehouses and very nice souvenirs and arts shops. The size and the setting is a nice contrast to the next square Stortorget.

Nice little square with good choice of places to eat and drink. Went here during the 2018 Malmo Festival and the place was buzzing with live bands and a great atmosphere. Really enjoyable day trip.

This place is crowded all the time both with locals and turists. I don't enjoy it that much. There a lot of restaurants, cafe and bars to choose between in this little square.

In the heart of the old town dotted with all pubs and eateries, buzzing with people when I went there was a small street market with all the nice stuff

Like it says little square. Smaller version of what you see in Noorport Copenhagen. Super cool vibe lots of food and drink to enjoy!

A dozen of restaurants to choose from, take the busy ones. Almost ”Continental” although Swedish rules apply, no transport of drinks inbetween restaurants or open areas. Visit and choose your cousine, not top-notch but you could do worse in town.

It's only 600 meters from the central station to Lilla Torg. If you only have an hour to spend, I would suggest you head south from the station towards Stortorget and Lilla Torg, and simply walk around the narrow streets in... More
