Totally blown away on the fact that this was one of the most total exercises I've encountered. I might go back again... More

I had my first experience with bikram yoga here. The place is nice and clean. The staff received me in a very comfortable manner. It inspired to more bikram.

Expensive but I used a month unlimeted card for newbies. Bikram yoga is hard but you feel refreshed after and the place is clean tidy and nicely decorated. Good dressingroom.

I recently visited Stockholm for a business trip and decided to check out the Södermalm Bikram studio. If you're familiar with Bikram yoga you'll feel right at home; the heated room and 26 postures are exactly the same as they are in every other authorized Bikram studio. Staying in SoFo & Medborgarplatsen

Neighbourhood Profile
SoFo & Medborgarplatsen
Throughout the last decades these neighborhoods transformed from a rather quiet residential area into the birthplace of Swedish hipsterism and became Sweden’s main hub for new fashion labels, independent coffee shops and innovative gastropub concepts. Despite their extreme transformation, SoFo (South of Folkungagatan) & Medborgarplatsen managed to hold on to their residential charm and quietness and became one of the most sought-after places to live among young people in Stockholm. This neighborhood is also home to Sweden’s highest student hall, Skrapan, which used to be the head office of the tax authorities and now combines a mix of student hall and shopping mall with a bar on top.
