Plenty of scientific, physical and intellectual activities for kids of all ages. Free on Tuesdays after 5pm. Great and reasonably priced food in the cafeteria.

Really really bad for anyone over 10 years old. No concept, lousy info text. Oh gosh that was bad. If you are in Stockholm visit Vasa museum, if you want to see technical museum visit London.

This museum was by far the highlight of our trip to Stockholm. So fascinating and FUN! Everything was so well done and nice, that my 3-year-old can not stop talking about this place :) We spent over 4 hours here, and only left because we had to. They have a nice restaurant which serves very good food for small price... More

By bus number 69 you can get to the museum, which is very convenient. The museum was very roomy and we enjoyed it. Views and actions of both adults and children. We were there for 3 hours, but I think that might account for some four hours on the site.

Tekniska museet is, as you have certainly guessed, The Museum of Technology. Swedes are celebrated as talented engineers and inventors – take, for example, the ‘Swedish match’! What I personally did there I can hardly tell you, though – few people are less technically minded than I am! The point was that in winter you have quite a problem with... More

What a pity that not more is explained and that the exponats are not better arranged. Less would be more, especially when these would be explained better and eventually working.

We visitors it when it was free entrance, and it was nice. The museum is highly interactive, and the display is lovely. However, children everywhere as this is the perfect free outing for stockholmer parents. We ended up not getting to try a lot of the activities because of that.

Megamind exhibition provides a nice but educative way to teach and test science. This part of the museum was well liked by kids. There was even a kind of playground provided so that young ones can use their extra energy.

Nice museum with activities for kids. Do not miss the MegaMind part where the fun is guaranteed. Maybe you can show your mate how much power you have by controlling a ball with your brain!
