Nice, but if you have been to a food hall you have seen this one. The old food hall is being redone and at this time the hall is across the street and is more like Whole Foods market than an attraction.

The market is actually under renovation until next year. The market is temporarily located next door. It is a combination of market & restaurants. There is subway station right next door. You can get great traditional Swedish food as well as great seafood.

While the ancient landmark is being renovated the merchants have temporarily relocated to the adjacent square. Been there twice in the last 2 weeks and it is at least as interesting with the restaurant's fare equally excellent to their original locations. ✨👍✨

Having visited here years ago, I was excited to go back. Unfortunately the current situation is that the food vendors have been moved into a new building that's just a collection of highly priced (although high quality) food stalls. We walked through and were out...More

We had a day of shopping and sightseeing and just wanted a break from the streets when we bumped into Saluhallen in Östermalmstorg. After getting two glasses of white wine and a tiny cheese plate for two people with just three biscuits and two different...More

Our hotel was a 2 minute walk from this food hall. This a temporary hall while the original is being re-furbished. There is a wide range of meats, fish, fruits and vegetables on sale. There are also several places to eat in the hall. If...More
