Sweden is supposed to be renowned for its 'inclusive' attitude. However, on visiting the store on Stockholm's Strandvagen, the only area easily accessible with a wheelchair was the toilet! Another customer informed us that she thought there was a lift! As the store is set...More

I was looking forward to visiting the famous Svenskt Tenn on my trip to Stockholm and was not disappointed. Gorgeous Josef Frank patterns everywhere! Fantastic pieces beautifully displayed... I spent a long time browsing. No pressure to buy, although I did purchase some Grona Faglar...More

Established by designer Estrid Ericson 1924. Ten years later Josef Frank arrived. A nice walk through a living room of objects elegantly exposed. No purchase pressure. Relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely shop but terrible service. Waiting in queue and not even acknowledged. No apology for wait. Quite arrogant staff for such an expensive shop. Didn't realise also that had to take number!

Much bigger than I was expecting, but still I was left a little underwhelmed - perhaps because it was full of things out of my price range! Fun for a window shop to plan your Scandi home in an alternative richer lifetime.

With its high-end shopping facilities and
Michelin-starred restaurants, Östermalm is definitely
the poshest part of central Stockholm. Here you will
find Stockholm’s most majestic residential buildings,
a beautiful market hall from 1888 displaying gourmet
foods from around the world and the Swedish Royal
Dramatic Theatre with its awe-inspiring architecture.
At night, legendary nightclubs make the perfect
