The nightclub is placed in an old refurbished house, very charming indeed. It develops on four floors with a wooden old-style stairway connecting them, and each storey houses a different kind of music with a dedicated bar. The fact is that after midnight it gets really too crowded and after a while it gets quite difficult to enjoy dancing. Consider that people will get more drunk as time passes and this will add confusion to the atmosphere, the floor will get wet and sticky and you will have to watch your step while dancing as glasses and bottles will be often left on the floor... The fact that you can enjoy different kind of bars on each storey is nice, there is also a coffee bar on the third floor but in that room the smell of coffee is so strong that it will take a while for you to get rid of it. Remember that entrance fee and drinks must be paid with credit card, NO CASH AT ALL. Anyway is quite a nice place to have some fun for a couple of hours, during a club hopping it can be a good stop, but after that I advice you move on to some other place.

It was my second visit to Yaki-da. I like the venue itself, it's a beautiful house, 2 dance floors, great cozy coctail/piano bar on the top floor, coffee drinks bar.
Get there before 23.30 Fri/Sat otherwise you would have to stand in the long line.
It cost 200 SEK : entrance fee+ garderobe fee. Yes, that's expensive! But worse going at least once ;).

Came here for some after work beers with my colleagues, I liked the place and the fact that they give out free pizza slices. The place fills up pretty fast so come early or book a table.
If you think cash is king, think again. Here they only take cards.

Hostile and way too disrespectful "security guards".
As customers that are behaving politely and spending a considerable amount of money, we definitely have no need to be abused by a bunch of irrational bouncers with superiority complex pushing people around and talking ill to women while exuding hostility through a bulletproof vest and ruining your stay for absolutely no logical reason.
This extremely rude individuals seem incapable of having a respectful interaction and treat customers as garbage.
And for that very reason we're not coming back or recommend this place anymore.

I legit opened my Tripadvisor account just so that I could write this review, because I did not want this to go unnoticed or to be forgotten.
Friday, August 5th 2022.
I heard a lot of great stories about this club, so me and my friends decided to go take a visit. Before going, we had a few drinks at one of our friends' place. You know the drill, drinks are expensive in clubs, so you get greased up before that.
We arrived before 22:00 because the entrance is free until then. We started to have a great time even though the club was half-empty. However, after 2 hours, one of the guards suddenly told me to come with him. I was just dancing with all of my friends (2 swedish girls and another guy, I emphasize on them being swedish...).
He takes me outside, and asks me that I look like I took more than just alcohol, and I looked at him with utter confusion, and I said "No, I didn't..?"
He asked me again if I took any drugs, and I said "no, I didn't, I was just vibing and dancing to the music. I am not even allowed to take drugs because I am on medication." He looks to his female guard colleague, talks to her a bit, and he tells me to take a 15-minute hike and to grab a coffee. At midnight. Coffee. I didn't want to argue, so I did, and came back.. I told my friends what's going on, and they rushed down and started arguing with the guard, why did they kick me out, but to no avail, he didn't care.
When the female guard was about to let me in, I told her (in a calm and reasoning voice) "I would like to point out that I felt really uncomfortable back then, and felt a bit.. discriminated?". She brushed me off, closed the gate and said "Look, we don't usually give second chances to people, so either you can go in, or you can leave."
I felt humiliated, discriminated, angry, and if I don't have to, I will NEVER again go to this club ever again.
TL:DR - Went clubbing with my friends, guard told only me to cool off outside because he thought I did drugs (which I didn't), got worse treatment after coming back from another guard.

Very good vibe and location. Fun that you had almost different clubs on the different floors. I especially loved the live jazz music on the fourth floor!

Had a great time.... until the bar man thought he is the champion of bartending.... as he could not answer the question whether the bottle was white or strawberry he called security... guess it is a white thing...

Had a great Saturday night here. The club is spread over 4 or 5 floors, each with a different theme. Good DJs and there a balconies to hang out on if it gets too much inside. Warning they don't take cash, card only!

In a old city house they have made a beautiful club in three or four storeys with different mood and feel on each storey. Very well thought out with a hint of old time luxury I guess: a coffee bar and an absinth bar. Problem is that it soon fills up to the brim with people and house music in every corner. Top floor restaurant and blues filled bar is quite relaxing in that context and they make great cocktails.
btw, they don´t take cash at all.
