Located in the middle of modern-day Espoo, Glims offers its visitors a glimpse of the countryside. The museum organises exhibitions and events all year round. Additionally, Glims offers a variety of guided tours, which can be booked by calling the museum during its opening hours.

Lots of buildings of farm house and cottage to walk around and see how people lived their lives. There is also museum shop and cafe ( remember to pay cash, because no credit card or debit card accepted)

Lovely place. There are also some animals there, at least in the summer time. Especially the cafe is great because there are only homemade fresh pies and pastries. Enjoy! Well made open air museum with plenty of things to do and see for also small kids. Explains well habits of last two centuries country side living of Finns. Located just next to central hospital of Espoo, therefore easy to reach.
