I hadn't seen any photos prior to entering, so when I entered I couldn't believe my eyes. it was simply spectacular. The design is brilliant, natural and so modern. If I have a chance to visit again, I would love to see a chamber orchestra or choir to experience the acoustics.

Really lovely building built into beautiful rock. For a very small entry fee. Was jaw-dropping inside.

Spent a wonderful evening listening to a Beethoven concert in an unusual church. Well worth the visit to see the interior and even better when there is music being played.

Even though it was my second visit I was taken by surprise of how beautiful this church is. We were so lucky that there was a choir rehearsal going on, and it was still possible to enter the church. Both children and adults sat down completely in awe. Remember to see up in the cobbler roof and take the staircase... More

We went to the Rock Church after recommendation of the front desk reception at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. Entry was included with the Helsinki card and we were lucky enough to have bumped into a choir rehearsal at the time of visit. Within 5 mins walking distance from city, a definite visit in Helsinki.

You will find this church in any guide. Do not miss. Better go there by the end of the walk, when the feet are buzzing. Sit on the bench and relax. Usually there is quiet music. Contact with God is not guaranteed but the relaxation will definitely be!

Im impressed with the architecture. The juxtaposition of the church which is made of rocks against the residential apartments surrounding it.. it looks great. When you are inside everyone is busy taking pictures and observing.. you are allowed to go up to the 2nd floor which is better place to take photos and have a good overall view of the... More

It is a unique temple built inside a rock. Entrance is only 3eur and is one of the things that worth the visti in Helsinki, is in the city center and near the national museum.

Its a nice place to visit. It was quite solemn and they had a short prayer when we were there. You can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet for a while. The design is quite unique. There is an entrance fee of a few euros.

It is worth visiting. It is a church engraved in a rock. Although you should visit it do not expect too much. There are no souvenirs to buy in the church itself apart from three bracelets.
