I'm not a museum-goer. But now I have to admit that Amos Rex digital experience was stunning. So were the figures: 100.000 visitors expected, 270.000 saw it - long cues during final week. Thousands did not make it. The only 'problem' is that because of...More

Waited for an hour in the cold to get into Amos Rex and then the exhibition was really disappointing. It was meant to be an immersive experience but because it was so busy there was no sense of that. Also the music throughout was terrible...More

A great digital art experience! There were four main parts of the first exhibition in this newly renovated museum. Definitely recommend, especially if you're under 30/student/unemployed when you get in for 5€! Lots of screaming kids though during the day, annoying especially in places that...More

Various large light show exhibitions, including a multi-room interactive area where you can interact with the projected creatures (and even color & scan your own). We spent ages splating lizards/crocodiles and growing flowers - all made of light all over the floors & walls.

We went right when the museum first opened (so this review is a little behind) and the lines were long which was to be expected for a new museum. While the museum itself had an incredible art exhibit I'm not sure how enticing it'll be...More

Amox Rex is the place to visit in Helsinki. Beautiful art attractions for all ages. The Japanese art is interactive and responds to touch and movement. The creatures move around the walls in response to the visitor’s movement and explode when touched. So fun for...More

Nothing more than a big disco during these first months. The building is fine but where is the art? I hope than in future there is something more than clicking and wandering lights to children . Very expensive tickets for this kind of place, Iam...More

Amos Rex was opened in August 2018 and it has attracted crowds the whole time, so today was not an exception. An hour in line (outside) and some more in few points inside. But it was worth it. The current exhibition is ending January 6th.The...More

Had a great time admiring the different works at Amos Red museum. I was overwhelmed by the crow video. It was marvellous to see how a paint that 8 coloured came to live. Family with kids should definitely visit it.
