My wife, three daughters and I traveled overnight to Stockholm, and it was an absolute hoot. Talk about a sensational buffet, with fresh and smoked salmon, gravilax, perfectly cooked roast beef, every kind of herring imaginable, dozens of desserts, and even platters of caviar. Not...More

We took an overnight voyage and return with Viking Line M/V Gabriella. We booked a "Junior Suite" cabin on the way going and returned in a "LUX" cabin, both of them on Deck 11 and with balconies, which made our trip more interesting. The cabins...More

This is a ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn. Shopping and basic restaurants. Carries cars as well. Easy and safe way to hop between the capital cities.

We booked our travel from Helsinki to Tallinn on the Viking XPRS online and paid for a cabin as we had read some bad reviews about travelling with luggage and also cramped conditions on these ferries. However we need not have been concerned; the entire...More

I mean, it's a ferry. From Helsinki to Talinn. I don't expect much. But these don't deliver much. The boarding experience makes Easyjet seem calm. The wifi doesn't really work. The food choices are mediocre. The signage to find relevant areas is non-existent. Child-suitable areas...More

My partner and I are planning a Viking river Cruise 2018. We purchased the Air package with Viking and was wondering if anyone could tell us how their experience was with how flights scheduled and airlines used. Thanks, Gary

We booked our flights through Viking. Going there the times were great. However going home, our flight was 6 a. m, which meant we were on the coach at 4! The night before we were told for an extra $50 we could have chosen... More

Booking a one way trip, what is the best option to store luggage? If I book a cabin, can I store my luggage safely whilst taking time out to explore the ferry?

Are you travelling to Tallin or to Stockholm? When to Stockholm you actually book a cabin. When to Tallin there are lockers or a luggage room. For lockers reserve 1,2 euro coins. Both options are safe.
