The price of the items here is expensive.. dont bother coming as they are too expensive.. you can get the cups, plates, coffee, tea at a cheaper rate... An experience but nah... not recommended. In the airport is better and cheaper.

Located in the massive Forum shopping mall, this shop will satisfy all your Moomin souvenir requirements. It is a small shop but it's got a surprisingly good choice of merchandise. The prices... well it's Helsinki, but some of their stock is pretty good value, and seems to be good quality. Every Moomin fan should have a look.

Don't bother going here. Found stores with a much better range of Moomin merchandise (both in different types of items, quality, store layout and price). One store was on the Norra Esplanaden (see photos for storefront and nearest cross street). You could even find better at the Moomin shop at the international airport terminal 2 between security and customs or... More

I bought something for everyone here. Tea? Yes. Coffee? Yes. Baby clothes? Yes. Playing cards? Yes. Thermometers? Yes. I spent 70€ which is well worth it for the cultural value and kitsch style. More importantly the staff were attentive and friendly and wrapped my fragile items for travel and gave me extra bags to present to the gifts in to... More

Visiting this shop took me back to my childhood. Wish I had more space in my suitcase for everything I wanted. The staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go there again if we ever return to Helsinki.

It was a nice shop, full of different pretty things. I was glad to find there not only toys but also basis to make chocolates and biscuits (shaped as moomins).

Yes, yes, and yes. If you're in Helsinki you need to visit a Moomin shop to understand the history behind this cultural phenomenon. Once you visit, you'll see these cute characters all over the city. The prices are high, but this is a piece of modern Finnish Culture that you have to leave the country with!

I am always cynical that these type of stores may charge more than the others... We price checked a few souvenir shops and in this case, I will say that the Moomin store offers the best prices. A small Moomin toy is E15 here and we saw in souvenir shops the exact same toy ranging from E18 - 26. So... More

The moomin shop is located in the big mall, forum. I grew up watching the cartoon and got very excited when i saw the store. You get everything from stuffed animals, bookmarks, bags, pencils, keychains, to neckties, postcards, prints and much more. Unfortunately the items are rather expensive, but if you love the moomins the shop is definitly worth a... More

We popped into this moomin store, well my wife did, i decided to wait outside. Anyway, the store is full of lots of different goodies, and had some really cool stuff. I think my wife wanted to buy most of the shop lol
