Kiddos loved it

My 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl really loved the Moominworld. There was lot's of characters and they were interacting with people. Lots of fun stuff going on the whole day!

We visited Moomis third time. Our kids are 2 and 10 years old and we all enjoyed this place. Best place to spend nice summer day with family. I recommend to visit Moominworld also in February - then this place like the winter wonderland!

We spent the day here whilst staying in Helsinki. It was a really easy day trip. We booked train tickets online to Turku (only 9.90 euros return trip) and then we got on the Moomin bus from one of the Turku hotels. Although we visitied towards the end of the season the park itself was great. There are lots of... More

We have visited here in the past but I have to say our recent visit was by far the best one. The level of service was good everywhere and the characters were fantastic - even though the Moomins themselves don't speak the kids had brilliant time interacting with them. (Other characters like Little My do speak) The park is fairly... More

I was there with my kid and also with friends. Children are 5, 6 and 10. We finished the world with 3-4 hours. I was expecting a fit more but this was a really good day. the ticket though should be a bit cheaper.

Travelled from UK - Helsinki airport was easy to navigate and the loop train (I & P) leaves every 10 mins and takes 30 mins to get to Helsinki Central Station (cheaper tickets are available from the machines on the platform or you can pay cash to the friendly conductors onboard). The train to Turku (nearest city to the Moomins)... More

Moominworld is definitely worth the money (entrance - fee is 27 € for grown ups and I think it was around 15 € for kids, not sure, though) if you are a huge moomin - fan. You get to meet the characters and take photos of them and they are very likely to interact with you in one way or... More

We went there expecting a lot for 28 euros/person. Did get trough in three hours. I would have expected more for the money. The moomin shop was totally overpriced. You can get the same items from markets like Prisma and citymarket or departmentstores: Sokos and Stockman for 30-40% cheaper. The place is suitable for families with small children approx 2-5... This was our third time in the Moomin world in ten years. I knew what to expect. The area in an island is small and easily accessible with prams also. There is the Moomin house of course but also two paths through the forest including different places from a Moomin valley. Entrance area has shops, cafes and restaurants. Moomin world... More

I visited this place with my boyfriend as I love moomins, the place is not bad, but I expected more, the place is good for kids from 0-5 older kids could find the games a bit boring.
