When I reached here looking for information for my project I was guided towards the right section. There was a lot of information on a lot of subjects. When I got hungry I explored the cafeteria and found a lot of things on the menu...More

The city library has two sections, one in an old building, while the other in a modern building. There's also a cafe within/next to the library. Also its interesting to see that people actually can eat inside the library.

This is not just your average city library. It is a historic building in a Neoclassical style with columns and fine brickwork. It isn't everywhere the local library has a reading room with Corinthian columns! I came in here to enjoy the historic architecture but...More

To be fair we only visited the lobby because there was construction going on inside but we did enjoy the huge statue in the lobby as well as the creative digital art displayed on the wall.

The building complex combines the old, original city library with a modern extension. The result is interesting and beautiful. The library's yard offers yet another glimpse into...More

The city library is a beautiful mix of old romantic architecture, and new modern architecture. Even if you are not looking to borrow books etc, you should check out the building. They also have a really nice cafe inside the library, cafe Sirius.
