Not sure if we would like it as we're not generally museum people. But, it was very good. Very interesting facts about whaling history and how they got the actual skeletal remains in the museum.

Lovely exhibition. One of a kind museum. Excellent displays. Very informative and kids will remain captivated even though it is not interactive. Not more than 30 minutes needed to complete whole museum

This small museum offers visitors a nice range of pectoral exhibits that describe the history of whaling in the North Atlantic, The exhibits are captioned in both Icelandic and English, making this a good option for grovelers from North America.

You may be a little disappointed with the number and variety of whales you see in the bay, but here you can at least see the skeletons and stories of most you missed. Very informative and you can even have a coffee and sit down...More

This is a museum and not a hotel.
