Wow!! Full day great tour.

This is one of the best tours I have ever done. The places we visited and the scenery we saw was by far brilliant. I would strongly recommend doing this. The only thing is to... read more

We took a tour with Gateway to Iceland to visit the south shore in Iceland. The reason for this review is to warn travelers that weather can and will ruin your tour and don't hope for any kind of refund. Our tour was set for Thursday and on the night before, weather advisories for rain and high winds were posted.... More

This is one of the best tours I have ever done. The places we visited and the scenery we saw was by far brilliant. I would strongly recommend doing this. The only thing is to remember is try to take your own food. This is not because of the cost but because time spent queuing for food, takes away the... More

It's a nice day trip outside Reykjavik. Sightseeing stops were made along the way, so the ride didn't seem long. The landscape is beautiful. One tip for everyone, pack your own lunch! The place for lunch stop is expensive and food quality is not good! More important is the line was so long. We wasted half an hour to finally... More

The trip started with stopping at a gas station for bathroom break within one hour after departure (was it necessary??). We stopped there for 30 minutes, which was a waste of time to be honest...because we didn't have enough time to visit other attractions. Then because of poor weather that day, the guide decided to shuffle up the order of... More

This is a full day of activities and sight seeing. Loved the information about the volcano, and the glacier was one of my most favorite things i saw during our visit to Iceland. The black sand beach and geometric rock formations were incredible. The museum stop was interesting and it was really cool to see the turf houses! The 2... More

Our tour was the last of three tours we did in Iceland. First was the Blue Lagoon and the second was the Golden Circle so there was a certain level of expectation. We started at our hotel and went to the main terminal. We weren't told where to go but found our bus only to find out that we had... More

If you have a spare day without anything planned - this is the trip to go on! 'Get your guide' was a legit website that we booked it through & was about £25 cheaper pp than going with thomson. It is a whole day tour - started at 0800 - 1800 - picked up and dropped off outside the hotel.... More

Be warned, this is a long day out mainly sitting in a bus. However, when you stop there are some amazing sights. We went with Reykjavik Excursions on a large bus. In hindsight I would have gone with a smaller company in a minibus. We stopped at waterfalls, walked up to a glacier, visited the folk museum, stopped in Vik... More

Very long day sat on a bus which is fine as it is an all day tour. Stops for no longer than 30 minutes at the 3 sites 2 waterfalls and a beach. At each of these are places to eat which looked nice/ reasonable to eat based on location, Instead the coach makes an extra stop a little village... More
