We done the Golden Circle tour which took 8 hours but was great. We were really lucky with the weather as it was dry.

Little communication. Little interaction. Very little hospitality. Full buses and uncomfortable seats, but at least the prices are high. Also, free wifi doesn’t mean anything if it barely moves data.

Hi there - I definitely recommend taking food with you. Given the timings when you stop for lunch you’ll be pressed to get a lunch and eat and freshen up. Last thing you want to do is be searching for the right kind of food... More

We just had walking boots with thick socks and that was sufficient. I would say thermal trousers and lots of layers, decent gloves and a hat. The wind chill goes right through you!
